Q1:How do we install your liners?
A1:Installation is straightforward. The liners typically come with embedded steel nuts or pre-drilled holes on the back. You simply drill corresponding holes in your equipment and fasten them with bolts from the front. Detailed installation instructions are available.
Q2:Can the liners be cut on site?
A2: Yes. The rubber portion can be easily cut using a utility knife
or cutter. For the ceramic tiles, a tile cutter or angle grinder is
recommended.
Q3:Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
A3: Absolutely. We have strong capabilities in mold development and
processing, and can supply liners in any non-standard size and
shape based on your equipment drawings.
Q4:What is the temperature range for these composite liners? Do they become brittle in cold environments?
A4:Our standard product's rubber compound can withstand continuous operating temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, with short-term peaks up to +120°C. For higher temperature applications (e.g., near sinter or hot clinker), we offer special grades with high-temperature resistant rubber formulations suitable for conditions above 150°C. In extreme cold, our specially formulated rubber maintains excellent elasticity and impact resistance, preventing brittle failure.
Q5:Is this liner still effective for handling wet and sticky materials, like wet clay or concentrate?
A5:Yes, this is one of the key application strengths of our product. The highly elastic rubber surface offers excellent hydrophobic and non-stick properties. Upon material impact, the rubber's elastic deformation helps to "bounce off" the material, preventing adhesion and buildup. The protruding ceramic tiles create a raised "skeleton," which further reduces the contact area between the sticky material and the rubber matrix, effectively solving the blockage problem with wet and sticky materials.
